			<description><![CDATA[ I have a 96 lumina van 3.4L that will turn over but wont start! It was taken to the store this past winter and left running to warm it up...when we came out it was shut off and now wont start...it did kick once but then quickly shut off...I did a complete oil change, replaced the front spark plugs as i cant get at the back ones, replaced the air filter and now am at a loss. The fuel pump does kick in, and everything seems to be firing...when hooked to the OBD-ll the code P-1651 comes... ]]></description>

My fiancee' decided to pressure wash the engine afterwards and now it is acting like its missing ridin so rough almost seems as if timing is off.
